Terry founded Max Your Macs in 2004 to serve the growing demand for higher quality Apple support and learning services. Bringing years of premium client interaction experience to the table, an entirely new approach to technical support was born. Jeremy Pihl - Technical Director
Jeremy joined the MAX Team in late 2008 and never looked back. A longtime Mac user, Jeremy spent many years working with alternate systems including Microsoft Windows and deeper level networking experience. Jeremy’s incredible set of skills combined with years of enterprise level systems design and management provides solid solutions to our corporate and commercial level clientele.
